Things that make you go "WTF?"

Who is this clown? A gerber daisy jacket with a rose pinned on! What is this? Prom? He sure gets dressed up for the Stanley Cup finals. He's like the Craig Sager of the NHL. Except Craig would never look so flamin'. Then again, I wouldn't put it past him.
